Olivia Wilde, Jason Sudeikis custody battle gets messier with each hearing

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis’ custody battle is a mesh of accusations and some more accusations.

The former couple appeared in court Friday for a custody hearing of their children Otis, 8, and Daisy, 6.

The Ted Lasso star had apparently requested the case to move to New York, while Wilde argued that the hearing should take place in Los Angeles.

In the new court documents obtained by Daily Mail, the Don’t Worry Darling director’s lawyers said: "While Jason can afford to spin his wheels with filing after filing, Olivia cannot."

They alleged that the 47-year-old actor seems “intent on throwing whatever he can against the wall to see what will stick,” citing his “Request for Order seeking a stay of the California Parentage action.”

Sudeikis previously filed a motion to stop the kids from living in California, the act resisted by Wilde as she believed that “there is no reason for [the kids] to move.”

In the court docs, the actress also accused Jason of being "underhanded" and acting "in bad faith" over the future of their two children.

Olivia noted that she felt “blindsided” by Jason’s decision to move the children to New York as they had already been scheduled to start working with a family therapist in California.
