Courteney Cox has laid the rumours to rest after the actress was accused of giving Prince Harry psychedelic drugs at her house.
In the Duke of Sussex’s tell-all bombshell memoir Spare, it detailed an incident where he was hanging out at Cox’s house where he confessed to doing mushrooms.
However many assumed that the Friends alum herself handed out the recreational drug.
The actress confirmed that the Duke was indeed in her house but she was not the person handing out the drug.
"I’m not saying there were mushrooms!" she told Variety.
"I definitely wasn’t passing them out. He did stay here for a couple of days — probably two or three. He’s a really nice person," she said of the royal.
"I haven’t read the book," she confessed.
"I do want to hear it, because I’ve heard it’s really entertaining. But yes, it’s gotten back to me about it."
In his memoir Harry wrote that he and his friend raided Courteney's fridge during a house party and found a stash of "black diamond mushroom chocolates".
"My mate and I grabbed several, gobbled them, washed them down with tequila."
He then recalls about hallucinating over Courteney's trash can after consuming the drug laced chocolates: "I stepped on the pedal and the head opened its mouth. A huge open grin. I laughed."
In other news, Harry also spoke about being a fan of the hit NBC sitcom and shed light on having a big crush on the actress.
"I was still confused because … she was Monica. And I was a Chandler," he penned in his memoir.
"I wondered if I’d ever work up the courage to tell her. Was there enough tequila in California to get me that brave?"
