Paul Wesley files for divorce from estranged wife Ines De Ramon

Paul Wesley, The Vampire Diaries star, has filed for divorce from his wife Ines de Ramon. The couple announced divorce after five months of separation.

According to the actor's paperwork, which People magazine was able to access, the pair is separating because of "irreconcilable differences" in Los Angeles.

Wesley, 40, and de Ramon, a 32-year-old jewellery designer, tied the knot in 2019. In September 2022, they declared their separation.

"The decision to separate is mutual and occurred five months ago," the rep told the outlet.

The specific date of their separation, though, still needs to be legally established, according to the divorce documents.

The couple's assets will be divided during the divorce trial or by agreement, according to the petition filed.

De Ramon and Wesley do not share any children. Wesley filed the application in Los Angeles Superior Court using his birth surname Wasilewski.

The lawsuit comes as many outlets reported that Brad Pitt, 59, sent the designer Valentine's Day flowers and are romantically involved with one another.

According to a source who spoke to Us Weekly, the relationship between the Bullet Train actor and the former spouse of The Vampire Diaries actor Paul Wesley is still in its "early stages."

"Brad and Ines are officially dating now," the insider said, "they really enjoy each other’s company and are having a great time in the early stages of an early relationship."

"But they are still getting to know each other," the source added.
