Zendaya took to social media to gush over Rihanna's comeback to the music scene
Zendaya was left gobsmacked by Rihanna’s Super Bowl Halftime Show according to her latest post on social media.
Marking the first live performance in five years, RiRi left the world in awe after returning to the stage with an electric set as she sang some of her greatest hits.
Zendaya expressed her excitement on Instagram Stories where she shared a snap of the opening clip of Rihanna’s performance with a second post featuring her own face expressing shock.
Zendaya was dressed up as Bruno Mars, a moment from her now iconic Lip Sync Battle with Tom Holland, who dressed up as Rihanna and delivered a memorable performance of his own.
Zendaya’s love for Rihanna is not unknown as the actress gushed over her in a 2017 interview with Glamour.
"A huge part of my gaining confidence is because of fashion. What I love about someone like Rihanna is her fearlessness," she said.
"It’s almost a sense of, pardon my language, ‘I don't give a f---.’ When she wears a dress, it’s for herself, and you can see that. There’s something to be said for the fact that literally everybody can hate my outfit, but if I feel good in it, I’m the only one that should matter."
