According to a recent story, Shakira is reportedly "devastated" after her admirers discovered Clara Chia Marti, Gerard Pique's new girlfriend, in an old Zoom interview video from 2021.

The aforementioned clip is from an interview Gerard conducted in 2021 from his house. According to Page Six, the video was shot at the house Gerard and Shakira lived at the time, and they were reportedly "happy together" at the time.

According to a source who spoke with the publication, the singer of "Hips Don't Lie" is “devastated to learn that this woman clearly felt at home in the house they shared with their children.”

Gerard Pique reportedly performed the Zoom interview when Shakira was away with their children on vacation. “They were very much still together at that time", the insider was cited as adding. "It’s devastating for her to learn that this affair had been going on for a lot longer than she imagined.”

After 12 years of marriage, Pique and Shakira separated in June of last year.
